Now to continue with my writing:
In the Founder's efforts to personify her Program, She continued to teach IBA, Web Design, Animated Graphics (5 yrs) later Keyboarding (3 yrs) in retribution. Maybe with or Without full acceptance by her School district, because of her "DESIRE TO SPREAD LOVE" SHE VERY, rarely would look at Situations as most People would. She Ignored Incident upon Incident that were rendered to her. I do not want you to think I am trying to make a (mortar) "SPIRIT's WORD" out of her, but AT LAST she began to Realize That she could not take any more Strife, because the ATTITUDES had changed to a Threatening Status. She filed grievance after grievance to no avail on a particular issue. This started in February 2013. Instead of a resolution she was admonished in a letter of not being able to communicate with her Peers but with her Students instead. Out of concern for she and her family, she thought it best to take a Year's Leave of Absence. Starting August 2013 One of the reasons permitted by the School Board' guidelines to acquire a "leave of absence" was to further One's education. Since she had already been accepted in a doctoral program in April 2013, she chose to ask for this leave WITHOUT PAY of course. The leave was granted. It had been requested by the School Board in their permission letter for the (leave ) that on February 3rd 2014, she would submit her Letter of Intent for years (2014-2015). She resigned instead On February 3, 2014 She did not feel that her case had been resolved. Instead it had been skimmed and Glossed over by the Administration who had written that she was held in Good Standing. Yet for 6 months she tried to get Unemployment Benefits for she her family. She finally Won her Case ''When A Decision was Rendered by the Unemployment Board" in her Favor for a" Hostile Working Environment and Discrimination " but, can you believe that the School Board Repealed that Decision and Won yet another Victory? I WAS LIVID!!! but she said, "SPREAD LOVE" and "it isn't over til it is over". I barely Uttered aloud (wh..what?)
I have stated we are to (PRAY WITHOUT CEASING, and IN ALL THY WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HE WILL DIRECT THY PATHS) Well, I will continue to do this, without knowing this I do not know how She has Remained Sane... Yet I do know!
Do not think for one moment she did not try to get assistance? Because, she did to no avail. In case you are Thinking about this remember during Job's time even his Friends said He must have done something wrong. Until they were chastened by God Himself. I am not Trying to Equate The Founder with "Job", but I am thinking to myself, Maybe--just Maybe this is being done for another reason other than what my Visible Eyes can See. I am reminded about the Movie "FlightPlan" with Jodie Foster. Have you seen IT? It is an old movie and today this situation reminds me of it. (No one believed she had brought her little daughter on the Plane, except one little girl because the kidnappers had convinced everyone else that Jodie Foster was delusional.) I am also reminded that not too far from here (4 miles to be exact) when mockery was made of African Americans Students by other non African American Students) on Dr. King's Birthday it was written about and just as quickly dismissed from the News... I am beginning to wonder or should I just continue to "SPREAD LOVE?" It seems as if regardless to how things "seem to change they really remain the same!!!
