Painting A UNIVERSE TRAIN Picture!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

How are you? Thank you for joining with me on this special day. Happy Birthday to you if this is the lst date of your birth. You will be taking a trip with me and just by chance if you want something to drink, you can get it now or you may get it as we travel.

This weekend my daughter went to the National Women's History Month Celebration

in DC. We were so glad that she could get away for a while from all 

the things that she has been going through. She deserved to go and Spirit made it entirely possible. She was honored 

to have been a "Nominee". We were excited for her. They celebrated 

Women of Character, Courage & Commitment

She traveled by Train for the first time. It was an experience for her. After she rested for awhile, we sat and listened intently as she told us of her adventure. It is a twelve hour (12) trip one way.

Somethings made my (grand-son& I) say "Aah and Whew" but overall

she enjoyed it immensely. 

As I sat there listening I began to think "What if this was a train that was going to the Universe"

(We know the Universe means All Mankind, but for the sake of my Painted Words we will

use the meaning (The sphere or realm in which something

exists or takes place.) Okay!

I asked both my daughter and god-daughter (whose job includes her to travel to NY, PA. & NJ

from MD) "Whether or not, the Stations are still announced. My daughter had said "Yes,

the upcoming stations were announced" and my god-daughter said "Yes,they are announced on  

every train" So you see we have the knowledge from a novice and also a consistent rider.

All aboard, let's begin our journey , We first hear the Attendant introduce himself/herself as Attendant LOVE, and that they are there to serve us as best as they can:

Announcing our first stop will be on :

Envy Avenue, hold on someone is trying to reach the Universe train. "Where are you now"the LOVE Attendant ask?, Oh, I am almost there. I am on Affirmation Circle. I see you , I'm here! "I made it"

thank you for waiting, "My Pleasure" says the LOVE Attendant.

The LOVE Attendant calls out and states that the Universe Train is moving again, 

and the next stop will be on Criticism and Jealousy Blvd. He/She get in another call and they are asked Exactly how do we get to the boarding station to get on the Universe Train. 

The LOVE Attendant gives these instructions,

"Well, make a Bow on Prayer Avenue and go straight to Affirmation Place, there keep straight until

you see Confirmed Street stay on this street and you can board with us there." Thank you"

EveryOne said after they boarded the Universe Train. "We really wanted to make this journey" 

The LOVE Attendant states "My Pleasure"

The LOVE Attendant calls out again and states that "The Universe Train is moving again, and this time our next stop will be on Accepting/Forgiveness Terrace."

The LOVE Attendant states that it will take a little longer at this stop. because most people don't like to ride the patience escalators and there are three sets of them you must take to get on the UNIVERSE TRAIN,

and since they realized that this was a problem they have taken every precautionary measure to avoid  leaving any one off the Train.  

After EveryOne got on, and said "Thank you for waiting" the LOVE Attendant said "My Pleasure" and smiled to himself/herself and thought that more time was given for this stop because it is so difficult for most people to believe that they need to Accept others as they are With or Without a Degree and then ask for Forgiven for themselves and others. If they feel wronged.

  But, it is time to go now, and the LOVE Attendant announces "All Aboard, and our last stop will be

On the Rejoice and Universal Circle.

The LOVE Attendant calls out and states that the "Train is Filled to the Capacity at this stop

and new Cars must be added on" However, if you would like, while you wait you

may join in with the other passengers waiting in the Blessed and Triumph Room where the

Happy Hour is in Full Force and everything basically is Free.

You will only need to spend TIME!!

We have "A great no Negation entree, you will LOVE", TRY IT!!!

ALL ABOARD, THE LOVE ATTENDANTS CALLS OUT,
THE UNIVERSE TRAIN HAS REACHED

ITS DESTINATION. YOU MAY STAY ON BOARD!!!

PS Someone asked me am I trying to say to others when I write Verses that they should read the Holy Bible as well, "I said as I fore stated. I have found that my Verses works for Me." and I am not ashamed to say it but you should by all means read, and believe what what works for you. Painting A Picture About Dance!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

Thank you for joining with me again. How are You? Happy Birthday to each of you who was Blessed to have been born on this another special day. Maybe a cup of coffee, tea milk or water might be nice. OKay!

I Have been Meditating on something and I think I will share it in a way that all of us can relate to. I have presented the students of LSN in a previous BLOG, and although I don't intend to necessary speak to their abilities, I will share this that in the last couple of days I had the opportunity to Dance myself.  LSN KIDS Slogan is "FREE YOUR SPIRIT THRU DANCE." I wholeheartedly believe in the Energy that the freedom of Movement stirs in our very Souls.

There are approximately 5000 different dances in the world (I checked with Google on this one) and of course, the dance I did the other day to myself and by myself, isn't even counted in the Google count. (Smile)  I also checked this point of info that "Music Soothes the Savage Beast." I read that somewhere many years ago and I decided to confirm it, in my research (also on Google) I found that it is in the first line of a Play and is in other places as well, that dates back to 1697. (Go,Figure)

2 SAMUEL (6:14) And David danced before the Lord with all his might and was rewarded.
and
ECCLESIASTES (3:4) A time to weep, and time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance.

First, we can expend delayed, stagnant or misplaced Energy throughout the movement of Dance. In the beginning of time, Our Ancestors used the freedom of Dance to express their feelings of anxiety, joy or sadness. It allowed them the Power of Worship but because their Energy could not be explained it was thought that it was Witchcraft in motion and was not going to be tolerated. Can you even begin to imagine that after a hard day of toiling, one would have the Energy to Dance? but, (they did)  because it relieves stress and most other conditions know to woman/man. Every culture has it own reasons for their dances. Some just celebrate a new born baby, a new house, a new car, a new boyfriend/girlfriend, a break-up, a new or old anything etc.... Yet, some others would think something is wrong with so-called Secular dance (of or pertaining to the temporal rather than the Spiritual). Why is that?

My daughter was teaching Swing dancing at the Library last summer and a young gentleman came by as I was passing out flyers. I asked him,"Do you want to take the class?" he showed me his Bible and told me he did not dance that kind of dance anymore, I said. "Oh, But, David danced!" He did not respond but, I just thought to myself,  DANCE means to me to move about excitedly in slow or fast motions. Does that mean there should be no more Salsa, Hip-Hop. Break dancing, Rumba. Cha-Cha, Country-line Dancing, Ballroom, Clogging, Square Dancing. Hand Dancing, Zumba, Samba, Merengue, Ballet or Tap and many-many more?, Should I think Praise Dance, (which is sometimes done rhythmically) Yoga, Pilate's or indoor Tai-Chi is not a form of dance because it is done to slower instrumental music and Of course, "My Dance":))) Are not done in spirit? (Which to me means that which is believed traditionally to be the vital rhythmical force within human beings). Should we judge one another's Spiritual Development because one dances to a different kind of music? My Mom even showed us how to Dance the Charleston once and she definitely was a Christian, but because she was one she never did it again.  She said almost the same thing as the young gentleman did.  It is not my intent to Judge and I appreciate the Young People who God gave the Wisdom to celebrate their Energy through songs like "Stomp," as well as others. It has brought a whole New God Movement ns my Lifetime and as a Senior I applaud each of them. Equally so, if it is for personal or impersonal reasons you just Remember that the body is theTemple, therefore glorify God in your Body, and in your spirit, which is on loan to you from the Universe  and you should determine the Neccessity or lack thereof. NOT I. No one should try to tell you what is or isn't important to you. At Least not me.


When I could watch TV,  I always used to watch Ellen. I admired the way she exuded her Energy and the Energy of her audience by starting each show with her Dance. I never did mind who her guests were because She always prepared my mind to accept that it was going to be great. "AND IT WAS!"

While my daughter was getting gas to return the rental car I all of a sudden had the inclination to get out the car at QT and Dance. I felt wonderful. I said to my daughter "Do you Know what we as Seniors Need more of? She said Yes, "TO FREE YOUR SPIRIT THRU DANCE?" I said "That is so right, then just maybe our bones would stop crying out for help from swollen joints, The ritis family and other conditions that we are told is happening because we are getting older." She stated "Mommie, it is good for EveryOne and We should Celebrate each other!"

Even the little babies will try to dance.Then, again, I thought to myself

AND A LITTLE CHILD SHALL LEAD THEM!!!

Join with me again. BE BLESSED< BE WHOLE<AND DON'T FORGET TO LAUGH AND LAUGH WITH THE LITTLE ONES AS WELL. Remember these are my Wisdom thoughts and I would like for you to say (HMMM) (Go,Figure) Maybe the Senior has made a good POINT!!! or not.

Painting a Picture for Laughter!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

How are You? Thank you for joining me again this evening. I think I will start off this way . Let me first wish you a very Happy Birthday, if your birthday is today. I believe there can be a new birth for each of us if we so choose. That is (birth) the beginning of one's origin. If we want it to be a new beginning from or to a new life direction.

Tonight, I want to share some words of my wisdom to make you have a chuckle. On Thursday my daughter shared with me a funny story I enjoyed listening and I hope you will too. While she was attending her son Pass testing she was told this story by a lady that was there. They were speaking on Tradition and she told my daughter  "That her mom always would cut her ham on the left side and the right side from the bone before cooking it" her grand-son asked her "Why did she do that" she answered him and said "I do not really know why, but her mother had always done it" she said "Why not go ask grand mother why did she do it?" well, he asked his grand mother, "Why did you cut the ham in half from the bone before cooking it" she told him to go ask her mother "Why did she do it" he then went to his great grand mother and asked her "'Great grand mother, why did you cut the ham in half from the bone, before cooking it" he told how he had asked everyone previously and they told him to ask her. She answered, "Well, the only reason I cut the ham from the bone was because the ham was too large for my pan and I cut it from the bone so it could fit into my Pan so I could cook it."  I laughed so hard I asked my daughter did she think the lady would mind if I shared it, my daughter told me she didn't think so. (Only A child would question tradition) Now, that helps to explain why A LITTLE LEAD CHILD SHALL THEM!

My own mother had such a fascination with the egg, she always marveled at the way the yolk would stay whole unless you would prick it, with the least touch it would cause the yolk to slowly mix with the white of the egg. Now, don't get me wrong she loved eggs, but so very often she would explain it as the magnificence of  God's work. She felt the egg explained everything e.g. if you do not want to mar something don't touch it if it is always perfect.as it is. I was telling this story to my grand-son and was explaining to him the only thing I can not understand about the egg is" What was the little white thing that is attached to the yolk?", and that "My mom always removed it but I didn't know why." My grandson said, "Mom don't you know that's mucous.  The chickens must have had a cold." ( I have a cold and I have been releasing some mucous myself) After laughing out loud. I thought myself my friend and I had discussed this some years before and we did not come up such a matter-of-fact answer. (Go, Figure) Again. A LITTLE CHILD SHALL LEAD THEM!

A few years back, My friend transitioned. We went to DC for her Home going Celebration and the thing I always would say to her was don't ever let anything happen to her because "Who then would make me laugh?" (she would always find something to make  me laugh about.) That evening after we arrived there and we went through the procedures with them (her family) we were seated in the family room and as I stood up, my friend's son said to me "Tonnie, do you have your shoes on the wrong feet?" I looked down and sure enough in my efforts to get there to (DC) in time to help them I had my put my shoes on the wrong feet, and had worn them this way, drove 10 hours, walked around and all this time I just thought my feet were unusually tired. I looked down, and I laughed so hard. As I explained at her Home-going Celebration that I don't pretend to know about the here-after but I felt that I still had been given something to laugh-about.   

At that time, I Meditated on what I should say, not something sad for her family, friends, and co-workers, but uplifting and below is the message that came forth:

(PHILIPPIANS 4:19) Finally, brethren,whatsoever things are true,whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Please don't forget to laugh, at something, someone, or self. It will be worth a whole bottle of pills. Don't forget to listen and laugh with your Little Ones as well. Join me again, Okay!

Painting A Picture of US: YOU, ME, & WE!!!

Hi EveryOne!!

How are you? First, let me say thank you for joining me. I want to think that you already have your coffee, tea, milk, water, and danish. (Smile) Today is a very great Birthday. Let Me Say, HAPPY! HAPPY! BIRTHDAY! this month as all others is a Special month! To Celebrate our Births
 Let us begin with the three big R(s)

(REJECT! REFUSE! and REJOICE), (REFUSE! REJECT! and  REJOICE!) (REJOICE! REJECT and REFUSE!) Now, anyway we look at it, it will all remain the same. Just don't look at anything or anything else.  I Meditated on this and again, I believe that this is what I am suppose to write.  

You see, it is easy to remember NEGATIVE words, but, it is also easy to forget what those words are if we condition our thought pattern to do so. No,it is not always easy to tell our children this, but it becomes easier when we have put it in to practice ourselves. I used to sit and ponder the things that people had said to me, and sometimes I would respond then, or when I would get by myself and would start to remember what had been said to me by someone else. 

Would I forget? No, I would just store it in my Memory Bank and sure enough it would resurface at a later time. Maybe, when someone else would say something that would hurt my feelings AGAIN or when it would just give me something to think about. I finally began to realize that this was called my EMOTIONS. I did not always know how to say I Reject this or that. I did not always know how to say I Refuse to accept this or that and I most certainly did not know how to say because I Rejected or Refused something to then say I will Rejoice within myself. But all things change if we let it and I began to take charge of my thought patterns AND TO SAY "WHAT I AM YOU ARE." It was easier to teach these Lessons to my daughter because I was in constant Practice.

I Am, You Are, We are!!

I am weak in my thoughts /  you are

I am doubtful about me / you are

I am fearful about life / you are

I am nasty and mean at times / you are

I am belittling at times / you are

I am poor in spirit / you are

I am pious with other / you are

I am at times mindless of others feelings / you are

I as a complainer of ills / you are

I am not as good as others / you aren't

I am envious of others achievements / you are 

  I am judgmental / you are

I am alone/lonely / you are

I am lacking in money, self-esteem, joy / you are

 BUT WE CAN BECOME US

We are Strong in Thoughts / we are

We are Sure of Ourselves / we are

We are not Afraid of Anything or Anyone / We Aren't

We are Nice and Kind at all Times / we are

We always an Encouragement to Others / we are

We are Sacred in our Actions / we are

We are Abundantly Blessed / we are

We are Genuinely Concerned about Others / we are

We are Blessed and Harmonious / we are

We are all God's Children / we are

We are each Loved Equally / we are

We are Born to have Alike/Plenty / we are

We are the same regardless to Gender, Race or Creed / we are

We are never Without God's Presence / We Aren't 

We are Prosperous with Abundance of Every Good and Perfect Gift / we are

Because we know that God is our Shepherd 

We shall not Want and that (God Is), then we must know We Are!!

Today this has been rather long, take a day or so to reflect about the things that you may be holding in your Memory Bank. Reject, Release and Rejoice. Join Me Again Soon.

PS My grand-son is having his Pass Test today and tomorrow, For all the little Ones We Want for them the Highest Scores that they have ever made. My grand-son said he will just think so. His mother said yes, "You may think so, but you must do so as well". He said to me, "MOM!"....... I just smiled and said to myself (Go, Figure). You all know I have said (AS A MAN THINKETH, SO IS HE)  OOOPS!!!

Painting A Picture With Words,RIGHTS or WRONGS!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

How are You? Thank you for joining with me. Today I am going to reflect on the some of the BLOGS. I have written. Oh, by the way, You may want to get your coffee, tea, milk or water. I may write something you may want to read. I dearly hope so.  At first, after reading over my BLOG(s) I have been trying to decide whether or not I want to continue to write my Words of my Wisdom and I decided that I will continue for the time being. I did state in more than one of them that "The Lessons We Try and Teach are the Ones We Need most to learn." I think I can write to share and just maybe I will continue to see how many of the Life tests I have Learned. Let us start with misinterpretations, I have for the most part, taken some words out of context and I thought to myself in my efforts to explain I might be a little more cognizant of future quotes. Read below, maybe you have never done these things, but I have.

I would like to implore your enthusiasm for a few minutes.

Have you heard or said? (Roman 8:28) And we know that all things work together for them that Love God, for them that are (THE) called according to his purpose.?

Would you believe that I always used to leave out the (THE) and would state with confidence."Those who are called according to his purpose."(Go, Figure)  Have you ever done this? Yet, I clearly remembered this below verse as well and sometimes wondered who are the (THE) would this below verse explain my question?

(Matt.22:14) states, "For many are called but few are chosen."

It is also written that for the "Love of Money is the root of all Evil" (1 Timothy6:10).
I have often stated that "Money is the root of Evil I totally left out "For the Love of Money."

  Then I remembered, that it is written in this below verse,
(Ecclesiastes 10:19) that, A Feast is made for laughter, and Wine maketh Merry, but, Money answereth all Things! (Go, Figure)

My Christ Love extends to all of you and if I were to meet you, I would probably try to Hug each of you with a Genuine Heart Hug (Unless,You say to me) "Do not Hug Me!" then I would refrain from doing so. Yet it is so clearly written that ;

(1 Corinthians 16:20 and 1Thesslonians 5:26) basically states the same words. "Greet thy brethern ( I believe and sisters) with a Holy Kiss")

I, at one time thought my kind of Love meant "BEING" in Love, but, I now know that God's Love is Universal and Unconditional and totally unrelenting to Everyman. Woman and Child. It is not for me to say how to feel I am a Senior Who Has already Learned or is Learning to Paint My Pictures With Words and I intend to continue to Live the Way I have Learned and that works for Me. I am sure others have Learned the Self-same Lessons and that is what we are relating too....

Tomorrow, I will share with you, a Poem I wrote when I realized that I was carrying the weight of Other people -EMOTIONS- on my Back. Will You Join Me?

BE BLESSED< BE WHOLE< and don't FORGET TO LAUGH at self or something else and LAUGH WITH THE LITTLE ONES AS WELL.

PS. Guess What? I was checking for a record of my Collective Poems yesterday and I found that there are over (25) twenty-five people with the name "TONNIE" I said WOW, (Go, Figure) what an Inspiration that was or IS.:)))  "Am I really me?"  Yes, because each person is an individual self. "Ah-ha!"
