BLOG (4) CPL. FREDDIE STOWERS!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday!!! Happy Re-Birth today!!! Let us get on the same page as we usually do,
even if I discover it at a later time, By that I mean I do not know who is reading with me, But,
Again I thank you for joining with me.
I am going to write the last part of the program as it is already written. The Celebration was held
in Columbia SC as well as the one in Sandy Springs SC for my Great Uncle Freddie and then  I
want to share my wonderful week-end with you. I hope you will think so too. DO YOU KNOW
THAT THESE GUIDELINES EXIST? I Didn't know, that is why I am sharing them, just in case that I'm not the only person that don't know them.

MEDAL OF HONOR GUIDELINES
On July25, 1863 Congress established a set of guidelines under which the
Medal of Honor could be awarded.
a.) while engaged in an action against an enemy of the United States.
b.)while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force, or,
c.) while serving with friendly forces engaged in armed conflict against an
opposing armed force in which the United States is not a belligerent party.
MEDAL OF HONOR STATISTICS
The first award of the Medal of Honor was made March 25,1863 to Private Jacob Parrot,
and five others. Since then there have been:
. 3,459 Medal of Honor Awarded
. For 3,421 separate acts of Heroism
. Performed by 3,440 Individuals (including 9"Unknowns"
. Today there are 130 living Recipients of the Medal of Honor
. 52% of the living Recipients earned their Medal more than 50 years
ago while serving in WWII (49) or Korea(18).
. Of the 49 Recipients from WWII, more that 33 are over the age of 80.
. The oldest Recipient is John W. Finn, age 94.
. Of the 63 Recipients from Vietnam, less than 40 are under the age of 60.
The youngest Recipient is Gordon R. Roberts, age 53.
The last awards of the Medal of Honor, in a conflict following Vietnam, were
award posthumously(occurring or continuing after one's death) to Army
Sergeants Gordon and Shughart for action in Somalia in 1993.
There were no awards of the Medal of Honor during Grenada, Panama, Lebanon, or Desert Storm.
. Since 1993, 41 other Medals of Honor have been awarded to correct past errors, follow up
on lost recommendations or were the result of new evidence . Of those Recipients, 13
were living at the time the Medal of Honor was presented.
Anderson County Administrator(then) Joey R Preston gave the Welcome Address;
and recognition of special guests who were.....
Major General Stanhope Spears, Adjutant General of South Carolina
General Abraham Turner, United States Army
Wilson Eagleson, Tuskegee Airman
and others person who took a very active part in the Recognition Ceremony.
It would be remiss of me if I do not tell you that I did check some of the information out that
was accurate at the time this Ceremony was held. If you know of something different please don't hold it against me. Some still remain true as of today.
I also learned that a Medal Of Honor had been given to a Dr. Mary Walker the one a only female Recipient . It was rescinded and restored for the sake of her Recognition, I am sharing this information.
ALSO, ON June 19, 2014, PRESIDENT OBAMA AWARDED CPL. WILLIAM KYLE CARPENTER A MEDAL OF HONOR for his Heroic actions which makes him the now youngest
Recipient of this Honor.
As I continue to write my BLOGS I think I will try to avail myself to more information to share about our Soldiers/Veterans .They are a great part( (a value part of our Society not
just the one who are Homeless also Jobless and very often in need of clothing and many other things that have been shared with us as we have been riding the bus .Oh Spirit, Thank you for helping me to take ONE DAY AT A Time. I now am believing that this is where I am being Guided to make a difference. Will you help with me???. I give to the VETERANS BUT WHAT HAVE I NOT GIVEN? That I Can Give? Maybe we all can ask that Question of ourselves.
BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSINGS to others. Don't forget to LAUGH with the LITTLE ones/SENIORs/PARENTs/SOLDIERs/VETERANS equally. What has made you the most Happy
today? Did you find anything to Smile about?. Aaaaaw come on and Laugh. If you could see what

Painting a Picture of THANKS!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

Happy Birthday!!! Happy Re-Birth today!!! How are you enjoying this another day?
Thank you for joining with me. I think I am going to ask you, Did you get something
to snack on and maybe a little something to sip on, but for this one I guess you must
make the choice as to what you will do.
I am going to write and as you read with me, you may want to include for you all the
things I will not be led to write about:

Father, Mother, God:
Today I am Thanking you for Clarity: I thank you for all my Yesterdays', Todays' and
Tomorrows'. I thank you for your Continued Guidance, Protection, Life, Health and
Strength. I thank you for not giving up on me, although I have so many times given up
on myself.  I thank you because since you are not a Respector of person, that all the
Little Ones, Seniors, Parents, and Veterans/Soldiers can be reached by this Prayer. It
doesn't matter who we are, regardless to our statues, culture or professions.
I thank you for forgiving me of all Negation, that I have allowed to fill your place in my
heart instead of just knowing that you are God and beside thee there is none other.
I thank you for letting me/us  learn how to SPREAD LOVE to those who truly do not
know any better than to try and make other feel their Misery. I ask for your forgiveness
for them/us as well. I thank you for all the times you have directed my/our paths, that while
I/we are protesting your presence, you led us in a perfect direction for my/our lives anyway!!
I thank you for not allowing my/our perception to not label anyone/anything because of
their environment or the color of their skin. I thank you for not letting me/us Judge/Misjudge/
Prejudge others. I thank you for your word which states" KEEP STILL" and know that I am
GOD, and I thank you for giving me/us your word that VENGEANCE IS YOURS, and that
you will fight all of our Battles whether it be Mental, Physical or Emotional. I thank you
for removing all fear. I thank you for giving me the breath to thank you and the dexterity in
my fingers to write it. I say thank you by words for all  who would say it if they could. I thank
you for all those that could if they would. Those on the playground, in the jailhouses, in the
board rooms, on the jobs, in the court rooms or the hospital rooms etc.
Today HOLY SPIRIT I am so will pleased to recognize your ever Present Presence. Oh SPIRIT,
I thank you that this day.  I/We feel Divinely  protected by your Grace and Mercy, from the Least
to the Greatest, from the Youngest to the Oldest. We are a people everywhere that are being
Guided continuously by you. Through our Conscious, Subconscious and Superconscious minds.
We thank you for giving us another chance to be engulfed in your LOVE, and we thank you
for giving us the Ability to Disperse that LOVE to each Man, Woman, or Child. Seen or Unseen,
Known or Unknown by us. We are Eternally Grateful.
If this is the Last Prayer that I will Pray, At least I will have Finally Prayed. THANK YOU
ALMIGHTY I AM PRESENCE!!!
BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSING  to others. Don't forget to Laugh, and with the LITTLE ones
SENIORs/PARENTs/VETERANs/SOLDIERS equally. I Appreciate you!!! Please join with
me again. Have you been? Are you HAPPY NOW? (smile)

Painting a Picture of Completeness!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday!!! Happy Re-Birth as well!!! Please have a Greaaat One. (Smile)
That was not done in error, "Have a GREaaaT One".....OKAY!!!

Today, I am so glad to know that you are still reading with me. I reviewed my article from
yesterday and I see some errors that I did not see the last time I wrote my Post. I did not go
back to correct them because I needed to see that I too, can be affected by my own behavior,
as much as I want to think that I don't allow things to affect me. I still have to Pray and say
give me this day MY daily Bread. (GO,FIGURE). I have already admitted that I did not take
the Usual stance of Meditating and how Dare I? I was so upset because I had deleted Posts
(78 &79) that I did not really concentrate on what else I was doing. If you take the time to
read with you I should always take the necessary precaution to write as best as I can.
I Apologize: I was Frantic when one of the Post I had written was deleted by some method
other than by my hand in the past, that was one the reason that I had said I would stop writing,
among other things that was happening. I know this is a great opportunity for me and I don't
want to abuse the kindness that has been provided to me, and I don 't want to disappoint you
who take the time to read with me. ( I love it when I see some of my words that I misspell
automatically correct themselves. Is This Just A lack of understanding on this SENIORs
Part?)In this way I feel we are working together to bring to you the Best of the Best.
I now know that I do not have to say on this site when I do not know what is going on. I do
not have all the meanings down pat yet but my daughter has explained enough to me to try several
avenues without giving up.
Here is a little something for you to think about:-------DIRECTIONS-------If we are going in
Search for something, you don 't know where you are going, I am going, but I don't know where
I am going, BUT, where you are going is where I have already been, and where I am going is
where you have already been? Would you ask me how to get where you are going? Would I ask
you how to get where I am going? or would we continue to Search? (by SPIRIT) Thru me.
Our Answer is If we have asked for Guidance, Then you /I would know that our Prayers have
been Answered, that is if we have asked for Direction (SMILE)
BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSING to others. Don't forget to LAUGH with LITTLE ONES
the /SENIORs/PARENTs/VETERANS equally. I appreciate you!!! Be very Happy with
 your Happiness Today!!!

Painting A Picture of LEARNING!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday !!! Happy Re-Birth today as well!!! I am SITTING here in total
Amazement. I want to not allow myself to be affected because of the state of consciousness
that a few people in the world still possess if so then where would I be? What would I have
 learned?.
Would I be able to say to you DO NOT become THWARTED BY THE ACTIONS OF THE
UNLEARNED. If at this age/ I have not learned, then when will I? If I can only share with
you endless/idle words that are meaningless why would I?
Tonight, I have a confession to make to all of you who take the time to read with me,. I had
decided to make a Summation for my Great Uncle Freddie Stowers in today's BLOG and I
did not ask SPIRIT to Guide my thinking. I take no credit for being able to breathe on my own,
but I kept feeling that I would stop writing my BLOGS when I had reached the number (80).
Needless to say, I had reached number (79) and today would have been the end of my writings.
Guess What happened? I wrote BLOG (4) Summation, and I was going to change the title,
in my efforts to do so, I went to the Post Page, and I tried to delete My Title, instead I saw a
message that asked did I want to delete this post, it showed twice, I entered yes twice and you guessed it I had deleted the Posts (78 & 79). When I saw this I did not cry but instead I yelled
to my daughter" Come and see what I have done". When my daughter and grand-son came to see
about me, I showed them what I done, my daughter explained "That even she could not tell me
how to retrieve them". My grand-son said," Well Mom, you said you were going to  stop
writing and was going to delete them didn't you?" I answered,"Yes but I did not intend to stop
writing or delete them until I had reached the number (80). (GO,FIGURE) IS THIS A CASE
WHERE A LITTLE CHILD SHALL LEAD THEM? (I said Whaaaaat) What could I say/
I often say, be careful, as to what you say, because my/our words will not return to us VOID
either. This was clearly a case of (Not My Your Will but My Will Be Done) :))).

At first I told you I only wrote to get out of their hair(so to speak) then I realized, that I was
feeling a great Energy Field opening up to me, and I then began to Meditate on what to write.
I also being to think that someone was reading with this SENIOR and maybe, just maybe I
was writing something SPIRIT wanted me to share. I began to earnestly seek Guidance in what
I would write.
At first I could not conceive that this opportunity was available to an average person , and
I thought that there was a time frame on the BLOGS I could write, then My daughter taught me
to distinguish between the Browsers, also I learned more about the fundamentals of the computers.
No, by no means do I know everything, but, I will learn, but tonight I have learned not to delete
anything else unless I intend too., and I regret that I cannot rewrite the last two Articles, But
Maybe I wasn't exactly SPREADING LOVE because that it the post SPIRIT carried me back too.
I had allowed myself to read some of the Comments, and I did not Exactly SPREAD LOVE in
my thoughts. However, at least a child wasn't affected or was it?

DON'T LET YOUR GIFT BEAT UP ON MY GIFT;
DON'T LET YOU GIFT BECOME ENVIOUS OF MY GIFT;
LET US let OUR GIFTS REMAIN FRIENDS.

Painting A Picture of Father's Day!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday!!! Happy Re-Birth today!!! Are we enjoying the gift of Celebration today?
We today, must include the Father's, because today is Father's Day.
I will conclude the BLOGs on Cpl. Freddie Stowers in my next writing, but I do not want to overlook the Day that is now upon us.

We give Tribute to each and every Father. Let us begin with the Daddy/Fathers, The Mother/ Father's, The Father/Mothers/and of course the Father/Father's. We are giving warm Hugs to those mothers who have been the Mothers' and Fathers' as well. We are giving warm Hugs to those Fathers' who have been the Mothers as well. We are giving warm Hugs to those Daddy's who have been a Father as well  and Lastly we are giving warm Hugs to those Fathers' who have been Father's .It is not for me to say WHY or HOW but as a SENIOR who is Painting A Picture for Father's Day, let me use a little of my Wisdom today. Please bear with me:
Sometime, circumstances have not always permitted some fathers to be in their Little ones lives on a continuous basics. Some have chosen not to be and the circumstances have provided a means of escape. I believe that because God has connected us together by Blood, that when we chose not to be as our destiny has predestined then we fall short of the being filled full of the Joys that has awaited us. If a man works around the clock or If a Man has been/is incarcerated and whether or not the guilt or innocence has been proven, it still has not remove the responsibility which still exist, and, if by some means that the Child is supported by the Father and the Father can not/does not see the Child it would seem that the Child should be told in some way the truth. But what would that truth be? Would that Child be hurt or Embarrassed by it? Far be it from me to try to know how One person feel toward the other person, but I see so many Little Ones that are raised by Daddy's...I applaud them and I think that is better for them than to be orphaned or casted aside like an old worn piece of clothing. Look around you, start at home and see just what you are looking toward. "Is It Real? Sometimes our eagerness cause us not to see just what we are looking at or for! Maybe some of you will feel as I feel/felt that is, before I would allow my Child to be in an unhealthy situation for them, I rather Raise them by myself, because I now know who is their real Father. KNOW THIS WITH ME!!!

Although it is written in LUKE (11:2) I personally prefer the verses in MATTHEW (6:9-13) which states:
THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father, which art in heaven. Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it
is in heaven, Give us this day, our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the
glory, for ever. AMEN

BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSING to others. Don't forget to Laugh, with the LITTLE ones,/ PARENTs/SENIORs/VETERANs equally, I Appreciate you all!!! Thank for joining with me!!

BLOG (3) CpL. Freddie Stowers!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday!!! Happy Re-Birth as well!!! I think it is about time to ask you did
you get something to snack on or a beverage to sip on? I have not bothered to ask you lately
because I do not want to frighten you and have you think I will have a long article, yet, I
manage to write anyway. Have you noticed I have been trying to make the articles a
little shorter.  I Meditate and I really do ask for Guidance and sometimes when I re-read the
articles I have to ask SPIRIT "Did I reach the person whom you wanted to read with me" I
am trying to learn how to interject a little of both in my BLOGS and sure enough I am seeing
the same things that I do not understand. Needless to say I am suppose to continue for right
now.
We were on the subject of Great Uncle Freddie and I told you I was writing what has already
been written by someone else in part, and I will continue to finish with that now. If you have
not read BLOG (2) it will feel as if I am writing incomplete sentences, but those of you who
read with me, you will note the continuation. Let us begin with;

Soon after the war, Cpl. Stowers was recommended for the Distinguished Service Cross. In
December 1918, his commanding officer upgraded the recommendation to the Medal of Honor.
Unfortunately, no action was taken. In the mid-1980's an investigation into the lack of
African-American Medal of Honor holders for WWI and WWII led researchers to find
Cpl. Stowers  original recommendation. In 1991, when the award was finally make, a Pentagon
spokesman called this an "administrative oversight". On April 24,1991, the Medal of Honor
was given by President George Bush Sr. to Cpl. Stowers family members including two
sisters.
This marker, erected through the efforts of the late, Mrs. Lenora Vance Robinson, Mr.Robert
Thompson  and the Foundation of Black History and Culture, is placed in Corporal Stowers,
memory this 24th day of September,2004.
Special Thanks: We'd like to extend thanks to the Adjutant General Stan Spears and the Joint
Services Detachment of the South Carolina Military Department for helping to make this day
possible.
Many thanks to the Bachman's Battery from Charleston for making the long trip. Their WWI
dress brigade, and cannon are a wonderful way to teach others about this era.
Mr. Jim Smith  requested that this marker be erected. We are indebted to him for his attention to
historical matters and appreciate his desire that local heroes be recognized Locally as well as
National. (In fact, It was Mr. Smith who knew my Mom was a Stowers and he first approached her
with this knowledge but, because of her age and her health). She recommended that our younger cousin who is also a family member be contacted in her place.  But she (my Mom) was grateful to have been a Part of this great History Making Event).
Thank you the South Carolina General Assembly, The South Carolina Black Caucus, and Representative John Scott for their assistance and support in making this event happen.
Our gratitude is extended to Mr. Wilson Eagleson for the role has played in our Country's History,
He is a true model for all.
Words cannot express to the family and friends of Corporal Stowers, those present and those away, how grateful we are that he called Anderson County Home for those few short years, and that we
as Americans appreciate the sacrifice he made and especially the spirit in which he made it.

Tomorrow I will share the Program and photos of this great Memorial including the Airman who
attended from Tuskegee's. Also I will share how to get information on many other recipient's.

I hope this article will make some Person/Soldier/Veteran feel Proud while reading that the Color of one's skin only matter when we forget to REMEMBER that Your/My Greatness is not based on Color
but rather what we were taught and now WHAT we Teach.  (This SENIORs Wisdom)
BE BLESSED>BE A BLESSING to others, and don't forget to LAUGH with the LITTLE ones/SENIORs/PARENTs/VETERANS equally. I Appreciate You!!! Thanks for joining with me!.

BLOG (2) CpL. Freddie Stowers!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

Happy, Happy Birthday to you, and Happy Re-Birth to us as well. How are you? Did you have a great Birthday? It is so important to celebrate your day, I think of it as way of saying I am grateful to be alive, and I am Blessed to know that I am. Maybe, I as a SENIOR think upon these thoughts because I realize that it so easy to not be and it doesn't have to be this way. For any age!

I am so well pleased to bring a portion of information into my BLOG. My opportunity has expanded now to include not just SENIORs/Parents/Granny-moms/dads/Our Little ones but to Soldiers and
Veterans as well. WOW, What a privilege?
Today, it is like an eternal flame that is warming the very marrow of  my bones. It is with such Gratitude that I accept this opportunity, I thank Google and I will always  want to do it Justice.
I have Meditated on this for a few days and although I want to tell excerpts from his life, I also want
to say what I am Guided to say. For those of you who did not go to the Veterans Site and obtained the information first hand.. I render this to you now!!!

I am going to read a portion of the information that is already printed about him and in no way will
I distract from that because it is someone Else's writing, OKAY!
Cpl. Freddie Stowers, the first African-American recipient of the Medal of Honor, in World Wars I and WWII, grew up in Sandy Springs, one of the twelve children of Wylie and Annie Stowers.  At age 21, already married and the father of one daughter, Stowers was drafted into the US Army and was sworn into service in Williamston SC on October 4, 1917. He served in the all-black 371st Infantry, 93rd Division, National Army. With-in the first two months, he was assigned to private first
class and by the spring he was assigned to the American Expeditionary Force(AEF), sent to France and was promoted to Corporal. Participating in the autumn AEF campaign, in Champagne Marne area, that led to the Allied breakthrough of the German military line and to German surrender six weeks later, Corporal Stowers led his squad during some of the bloodiest fighting of the war, especially for African-American soldiers.  Stowers was killed on Sept.28,l918, while leading an assault on enemy trenches after the enemy seemed to surrender, drawing the Allied troops out of safety of their trenches. With over half of his company wounded or dead, Stowers, mortally wounded, continued to lead his troops forward until his death. Spurred on by Stowers' courage, his troops continued the attack that led to heavy enemy casualties and the capture of Hill 188. Stowers was buried in the Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery in France.  I will continue with this article tomorrow. Please read with me!!!
May I ask you a question, Have you ever thought why do we have duplicate body parts? eyes, ears, arms legs, right and left side, etc. BUT, ONE BRAIN? My grand-son thinks that if something happens to one of our body parts, we can concentrate on the other part. I asked him "Does he think that we all have dexterity" He answered  "Yes, Mom, but I just use my right hand more, because I don't have to use my left hand as much" (GO,FIGURE!) I will also explain why I asked this question, In the mean- time if you have thought of this. GREAT! If not why not do So?.
Thank you for joining with me. BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSING to Others. Don't forget to LAUGH with the LITTLE ones/,SENIORs/PARENTs/VETERANS equally. REMEMBER, LAUGH AND THE  WORLD WILL LAUGH WITH YOU, CRY AND YOU WILL CRY ALONE!!! Almost always:)))

Painting A Picture of Great Uncle Freddie!!!

Hi Everyone!!!!
Happy, Happy Birthday to you! Have you had a Happy Re-Birth today as well? I said I would
began to write excerpts from the information I have concerning Great Uncle Freddie.

I think I will write this article as personal and as I will continue to write about him, we will know a little more than we will see on line, of course, please feel free to visit on line for more information about him.
I believe he would tell us that when he was on the Battlefield was not where he exuded Bravery but rather when he signed or repeated the Oath to join the Army.
"To Serve Honestly and Faithfully Against All Thy Enemies, or Oppressors Whatsoever".........
Here was a young Black American whose could not even wear the Uniform of the US Army,
Into Battle. or was not allowed to use the artillery as the other soldiers. In my research  he could only associate with other Black Soldiers. And they were all in a special unit. The 371st Infantry.(except the commanding officer)
I imagine that he thought  that it did not matter whether or not you served in the Military
If you were an African American you would still be that wherever you might be. I often wonder if he even thought of glory or Heroism?, If we could think how he really must have felt. What would we think? I believed he considered it an Honor and a Privilege to serve in the Military.

Was he a sharecropper son?. He had a wife and daughter to support. Do you think he thought  that approximately twelve dollars ($12.00) a month (if that much). would support his family
Were all of them in the Unit Sharecroppers sons?. Were they made to enlist? Did that enlist of their own free will?  Do you think that it mattered? When they had to change into the French Uniforms and use their( the French )artillery, I think it made he and the others soldiers feel Proud and It made them behave/perform as soldiers.
I believe he felt that you/we are born with Courage but we have to Assuage (to make something more Pleasant) the opportunity to show it. No one can find it for you, You must find it for yourself. It lies behind the crooked smile with the not so perfect teeth, or the marble eyes that show the depth of their  misery and not the brightness of their soul. or the perfect face and the perfect demeanor. I believe that he would think that the person who took time to Notate his Bravery was himself Brave because he was not an ""African American."" What a Blessings. Well, I will Continue tomorrow with my writings for Uncle Freddie Stowers

There is so much going on today that is noteworthy that I want to share it in my BLOG. I am not taking for granted that this isn't a serious matter. I am now visiting the sites, I am reading information about Veterans and those soldiers that are during Active duty as well.
There is a change today in our Military status(s), Young Females and Males alike are serving in
all branches of the Armed Forces. Regardless to the previous Agent Orange or PTSD.
BE BLESSED< BE A BLESSING to others and Don't forget to LAUGH with the LITTLE ones/SENIORs/PARENTs/VETERANS equally!!! I appreciate you. Thank You for joining with me.

Painting A Picture of New/ Old Knowledge!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

Thank you for joining with me again, and May I say to you, you and you, a very
Happy, Happy Birthday, Happy Re-Birth today as well.
It is awesome to think but every day New Births and Re-Birth takes place. 24/7.

I went to a new Eighth grade Graduation for the first time and they had combined
it with the 1st Annual Talent Show. We all in attendance were happy to see our
children and grand-children perform to the best of their abilities. There was singing,
dancing, stick choreography. piano playing, and a karate power point of students
performing their skills at a karate match. It was great to see the many talents that were
shown and I Pray other schools will be able to continue with their Arts Program. I think
the curriculum is always an opportunity for our grands/your children to equip themselves
for future expressions to last them a lifetime;

Have you gotten yourself a beverage or a snack? Guess what? Neither have I, but, I have
made a decision today and in a few more articles I will share it with you.

Well, we did go to the meeting that concerns our Public Transportation, That I have briefly
discussed and the final date is June 30th, but you know what? We cannot worry about
this because it is a long way to walk just to get on a bus, and SPIRIT knows that we don't
have a car and we are trusting that the matter will be resolved and the results will be amenable
to all parties concerns.

Now let's see, Oh, here is something that I want to share with you. I have been thinking about
our Veterans for a long time and I don't have the words to say that will comfort a Broken heart,
A Broken bone, A Misplaced limb, or a Mental relapse, but this I do have a word to encourage
you to KNOW that I have now learned TO NEVER EVER UNDERESTIMATE THE HEART
OF A SOLDIER!!!! Now I am ready to write in my BLOG about my Great-uncle,
Cpl Freddy Stowers. who was the first Black to receive the Medal for Actions in WWI. He was
Honored by President Bush as a native of SC and he gave his family a MEDAL Of HONOR on
his behalf. I will start these excerpts tomorrow. Please join with me. I have tried not to do this
but it seem as if I will/must start. This Scripture is what SPIRIT led me to read. Read Below:

PSALMS (71:16- 18)
I will go in the strength of the LORD GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness,
even of thine only. O GOD, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have
I declared thy wondrous works: Now also when I am old and GREY-Headed. O GOD,
forsake me not until I have showed thy strength unto this Generation, and thy Power
to every one that is to come!!!

GREY-HEADED, Now HOLY SPIRIT Really!  I have not been ignoring you, I just did not want
to start now.(GO,FIGURE):))) Boy, was that an admonishment? Believe it or not I did not even
know it was in the BIBLE (smile)
BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSING to others, and Don't forget to Laugh with the Little Ones/
the SENIOR/PARENTs/VETERANS equally.!!!

Painting a Picture of Simple Life!!!

Hi EveryOne!!!

How are you? Happy, Happy Birthday! Happy Re-Birth today!

Forget about everything else momentarily and read with me,Well ,NO, that isn't right
to ask such a thing of you. I could have erased this and you would not have known my
thoughts but I did not want too. Please bear with me. I am eager to share something
with you.

I have been on a learning journey and I am so thankful that I am a slow learner some
times. I have tried to venture out to find out other information about the mechanics
of the technology systems, needless to say since I am a slow learner, I have learned that
I do not want to do anything other than what I am doing, or go anywhere else other than
where I am. Too many incidents that I don't understand. Thank you...

This writing will be short, but, If you want to, Please get something to snack on or to sip on!
I received a Powerful Message I believe, as I Meditated last night and in the early Morn.
I asked  SPIRIT"Why do we tend to complicate Simplicity?" and "Why couldn't more
people share with those people who have so much less than they do" If I had more? Would
I give More? My answer is "Yes, my Mom used to tell me she was so glad for me that God
had connected my head to my body because if I could I would give it away as I did
everything else" :))) These thoughts came because of the philanthropist that was dropping
money from a plane in the news the other day. Then,  I guess he will not make/or remain one of the
(Richest Men List) unless it is his list.(GO, FIGURE) (smile)
As I beheld these thoughts, I was reminded of a Story that I had read many years before, I
was not sure of the complete story, but I affirmed it with my favorite,(Google), and sure
enough It confirmed my memory..But, I am sure of the Prayer because I often say it to keep me
grounded and to always be Thankful
We know that this was a young man who's family was a family of great Means, and he wasn't exactly
referred too as a PRODIGAL SON,  he was allowed to enjoy the Amenities of the world by his
earthly father but one day his Heavenly father told him "GO AND PREPARE MY HOUSE
WHICH YOU SEE IS FALLING APART"Francis thought the Voice meant a Brick and Mortar
Building.(which he attempted to do)  However, It was God telling to repair his house, the building
of Souls. After quite a few challenges,he finally understood and set forth to do just that and he Prayed a,

A SIMPLE PRAYER;

Lord, make me an Instrument of your Peace,
Where there is Hatred......let me sow LOVE,
Where there is Injury....Pardon,
Where there is Doubt....Faith,
Where there is Despair....Hope,
Where there is Darkness.....Light,
Where there is Sadness....Joy,
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be Consoled.....as to Console,
To be Understood.....As to Understand,
To be LOVED....As to LOVE
for
It is in Giving....that we Receive,
It is Pardoning.....that we are Pardoned,
It is is Dying....that we are Born to Eternal Life.
St Francis of Assisi

Thank you for joining with me again I LOVE this Simple Prayer(I know many of you do as well)
almost as much as the 23rd PSALMS.
BE BLESSED<BE A BLESSING to others. Don't forget to Laugh, and with the LITTLE ones, SENIORs/
PARENTs/ VETERANs equally. I APPRECIATE YOU!!!!
